What We Provide

At PPPT, we provide evidence-based, patient centered care to return you to work or play as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. Our team has advanced training and is constantly working to stay up to date with the latest research and techniques in order to provide the very best care possible. Upon your initial evaluation, a thorough exam will be performed in order to identify the underlying condition responsible for your symptoms. We want to treat the problem and not provide a "band aide" for your symptoms. Once your underlying condition is identified, we will establish a complete treatment plan as well as a home exercise program. Your participation is essential to the process. At your subsequent visits,  you will always receive one on one manual hands-on care by a licensed physical therapist. Our goal is to return you to your normal lifestyle as quickly as possible

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy, or manipulative therapy, is a physical treatment primarily used by Physical Therapists to treat musculoskeletal pain and disability; It most commonly includes soft tissue and joint mobilization and manipulation with a variety of techniques including active muscle pumping, active release technique, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and cupping.

Modality Therapy

Modalities are used to relieve pain, improve circulation, decrease swelling, reduce muscle spasm, and deliver medication in conjunction with other procedures. Typical types of modalities include cervical and lumbar traction, electrical stimulation/TENS, ultrasound, cold laser, heat and cold.

Evidence Based Exercise

Exercises based on relevant, high-quality clinical research that have a proven track record of success will be taught and perfected to provide our patients with a better quality of life.
